Our Monitask review
Monitask is a desktop time tracker with employee monitoring: screenshots, activity levels and app usage for people working on computers. It is good at that job.
It is not a time clock in the sense most businesses mean. There is no kiosk for shift workers, and the monitoring approach will not suit every team culture. Consider it only if your staff work remotely at computers and you want activity data.

Looking for something simpler?
Timeclock.Kiwi was built by people who were fed up with time clocks that take three screens and a training session to use. Staff tap their name and a PIN on any tablet, a photo is taken in the background, and hours export straight to your payroll. You pay per kiosk, not per employee, from $5 a month.
Free for 3 months, no credit card required.
