There is a fire! The fire alarm has been triggered and eveyone is evacuating to the Assembly Points. The Fire Wardens need to do a roll call to make sure no one is left in the building.
They open the mobile app on their phone and instantly see who was clocked in. Together they tick off everybody from all the seperate Assembly Points in seconds.
How to use
Step 1: In the mobile app go to the Health & Safety check page.
Step 2: Press Start new check.
Step 3: Choose which Kiosks you need to find the users of.
Step 4: People who are clocked in are at the top of the list.
Step 5: Do a roll call and tick off each person. Multiple people can tick off the same list together.
Step 6: When everyone is checked off or after an hour the list will be marked as complete and locked.
