What counts as a kiosk?
A kiosk is any device you activate as a shared clock in station, such as a wall mounted tablet or an old laptop. You only pay for the kiosks you have activated.
What counts as a roster?
A roster is one schedule you build shifts on, usually one location or team. Each roster can hold as many staff as you like.
Do I pay per employee?
No. You pay per kiosk and per roster, so adding more staff to a kiosk or a roster does not change what you pay.
How much is a roster?
Each roster is a flat $10 USD per month, however many staff are on it. Kiosks are priced separately and get cheaper the more you have.
How much does onboarding cost?
Onboarding is optional. If you would like us to help set up your account, import staff or train your managers, it is billed based on the time we spend. Email [email protected] and we will give you an estimate first.
Can we have our own branded version?
Yes. For larger businesses we can run a dedicated version on your own domain with your branding and changes made for your workflows. Pricing is quoted per business, so email [email protected] to talk it through.
What happens when the free trial ends?
You get 3 months to try everything with no credit card required. When you are ready, add a payment method on the billing page in the portal to keep your kiosks and rosters running.
Can I add or remove kiosks later?
Yes. Kiosks and rosters can be added or removed at any time, and your monthly total updates to match.
What currency are prices in?
All prices are in US dollars (USD) and billed monthly.
