Our Workyard review
Workyard is built for construction companies with crews spread across job sites. Its GPS tracking and job costing are the selling points, and there is a kiosk mode with photo verification for crews sharing a device.
Pricing runs from about $6 to $13 per user per month plus a base fee, with the more advanced features on the higher plan.
Great for contractors, but if your staff all work in one building you are paying for GPS precision you do not need.

Looking for something simpler?
Timeclock.Kiwi was built by people who were fed up with time clocks that take three screens and a training session to use. Staff tap their name and a PIN on any tablet, a photo is taken in the background, and hours export straight to your payroll. You pay per kiosk, not per employee, from $5 a month.
Free for 3 months, no credit card required.
