Our OnTheClock review
OnTheClock is a plain, dependable online time clock. Pricing is easy to understand: $4 per employee per month plus a $5 base fee. Staff can clock in from a shared kiosk, a phone with GPS, or a browser.
There is nothing flashy here, and the interface feels a little dated, but it covers overtime, PTO and payroll exports.
A safe choice for small US businesses, though the per employee pricing adds up for larger teams.

Looking for something simpler?
Timeclock.Kiwi was built by people who were fed up with time clocks that take three screens and a training session to use. Staff tap their name and a PIN on any tablet, a photo is taken in the background, and hours export straight to your payroll. You pay per kiosk, not per employee, from $5 a month.
Free for 3 months, no credit card required.
