Our busybusy review
busybusy is a time tracker for construction. Its free plan is useful: clock in and out, GPS, breaks and digital timecard signatures. The Pro plan (around $10 per user per month) adds the kiosk, photo verification and supervisor tools, and Premium adds project reports and progress tracking.
It is good at what it does, but with per user pricing a crew of 50 is paying around $500 a month for the kiosk features.
Pros
- Free plan with GPS, breaks and digital timecard signatures
- Built for construction with equipment and project tracking
- Photo verification on paid plans
Cons
- The kiosk and photo verification need the Pro plan at about $10 per user
- Per user pricing gets expensive for larger crews
- Construction focus means it is a poor fit elsewhere

Looking for something simpler?
Timeclock.Kiwi was built by people who were fed up with time clocks that take three screens and a training session to use. Staff tap their name and a PIN on any tablet, a photo is taken in the background, and hours export straight to your payroll. You pay per kiosk, not per employee, from $5 a month.
Free for 3 months, no credit card required.
