Retire the paper visitor book for good
A welcoming sign-in kiosk for your front door. Visitors and contractors agree to your safety rules, their host knows they've arrived, and you always know who's on site.
How it works
- 1
Sign in at the door
Visitors, contractors and couriers tap through a few simple screens on a tablet at your entrance.
- 2
Agree to your site rules
They go through your safety checklist and induction video, then sign with their finger.
- 3
Their host comes to get them
The person they're visiting gets a notification and an email, and can reply straight away.
Free for 3 months, no credit card required.
Four ways through the door
First-timers get the full welcome. Regulars scan a pass and are signed in before they've put their bag down.
At the kiosk
Tap Sign in and follow the steps. Returning visitors type their mobile number and the rest fills in. Couriers get a short form of their own.
With a site pass
Anyone with the Timeclock.Kiwi app opens My Site Pass and holds the QR code up to the kiosk's camera.
With an invite
Invite someone from the portal. They fill everything in beforehand and scan a QR code when they arrive.
On their own phone
Print the poster and visitors scan it to sign in and out. Their location is recorded, so sign-ins from somewhere else stand out.
Every induction done before they set foot on site
Nobody slips past with a quick signature on a clipboard. You choose what each visitor has to watch and agree to, and it's all saved with their visit.
-
Your hazards, your wording
Add the points that matter, like PPE and assembly areas. Show each one to everyone or only to some visitors, and give each site its own checklist.
-
Induction videos with no skipping ahead
Upload a video or paste a link. There's no seek bar, and uploaded videos are saved on each kiosk so they play without internet.
-
A signature on the record
Every visit keeps what they agreed to, when they agreed to it and their signature.
-
No repeats for regulars
Returning visitors only go through the checklist again if you've changed it since they last agreed.
Contractor paperwork, sorted at the door
Passports, insurance and licences
Choose the documents you ask contractors for, like a Site Safe passport or public liability insurance. They enter the number and expiry date, with no images kept.
Expired? You decide
Stop someone with an expired document from signing in, or just warn them and you. It's your call for each document.
Reminders before they run out
Visitors are emailed 30 days before a document expires, so they turn up with a valid one next time.
No more visitors left waiting at the front desk
The moment someone signs in, the person they came to see knows about it. One tap on their phone and the visitor knows they're on the way.
Told straight away
Hosts get a notification in the Timeclock.Kiwi app if they use it, and an email with the visitor's details.
One-tap replies
On my way, please wait at reception, or running 10 minutes late. Quick replies show on the kiosk, later ones reach the visitor's app or email.
Your whole company directory
Connect Microsoft Entra ID, Google Workspace, SCIM or a spreadsheet so visitors can find office staff who don't use Timeclock.Kiwi. They don't change your bill.
Printed name tags
Print a name tag with their photo and host at the end of sign-in, from the tablet to AirPrint on an iPad or a printer app on Android.
Know exactly who's on site, especially when it counts
A paper book can't tell a fire warden who's still inside. Your visitor kiosk can, with every visitor on the same roll call as your staff.
On site now
See everyone signed in across your sites, updating live, with their host, their checks and any document that's expiring.
Included in roll calls
Everyone signed in is on the roll call with their photo, company, host and mobile number, so wardens know who to look for.
See roll callsWatchlist
Add people who shouldn't be on site. Admins and Health & Safety people get an urgent alert, and the kiosk can ask them to take a seat without saying why.
Automatic sign-out
Forgot to sign out? Anyone still signed in is signed out at a set time or after a set number of hours, so your on-site list stays right.
A full history
Look back through every visit: who came, who they saw, when they arrived and left, and what they agreed to.
Privacy built in
Photos are always deleted after 30 days, and visit records follow your company's retention period. Visitors can read how their details are used on the kiosk.
GDPRReady at your front door in minutes
Pick Visitor kiosk when you add a kiosk in the portal, add your checklist, and sign in on the tablet. There's nothing to install.
Runs on a tablet
Use an iPad or Android tablet at the door. Set it up in the portal and sign in to it the same way as a time clock kiosk.
Hardware guideSame price as a time clock
A visitor kiosk costs the same as a clock in kiosk, with no charge per visitor and every feature included.
See pricingCarries on if the internet drops
Sign-ins are kept on the tablet and sent when it's back online, and hosts are told then.
Looks like your site
Add your own background photo and welcome message, and it greets people as your company rather than ours.
Only ask what you need
Choose whether to ask for a company, mobile, email or vehicle rego, whether to take a photo and which kinds of visitor you take.
Alongside your time clock
It's the same portal, the same app and the same people as your time clock, so staff and visitors are in one roll call.
