Launching our Mobile App!

NEWS Last updated May 31, 2026

We are thrilled to announce the launch of the Timeclock.Kiwi mobile app! It has been a long time in the making and now it is here.

For now it is nothing crazy, we just focused on making sure that all the features you know and love from the Kiosk also work on mobile (Clocking in, logging jobs and tasks, a robust offline mode, etc). However that did mean that we had to add some features to make that happen.

Get it on Google Play

Most notably we have added “Job Manager > Locations”. You can now set the locations in the portal and decide if you want to allow mobile users to only be able to clock in from one of these locations. Just hop into “Settings > General > Location Restrictions” to set that up.

This app is not a PWA (Progressive Web App) like our Kiosk, it is a native Android app. We needed to do this to ensure that we could maximise the security measures against time spoofing and location spoofing. And we are pleased to say it is harder to mess with than Pokémon GO!

An iOS app is planned for a future release. If that is important to you now please reach out and let us know.

For now we won’t be charging for use of the app, however once we are happy it has been properly battle tested we will charge a nominal fee for its use.
